Job Overview:

The Banking and Finance Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support on various banking and finance matters. This role requires a highly motivated individual with superior client service skills and a strong commitment to excellence in law practice.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on banking and finance transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various finance-related agreements, including loan agreements, security agreements, and financing documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on banking and finance laws and regulations.
• Assist with due diligence investigations and transactional support for finance-related matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop strategic solutions and achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of relevant law firm experience in banking and finance law.
• Member of the Bar in a U.S. State and satisfy any requirements of the Firm's office's jurisdiction.
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in law practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in a U.S. State.
