Job Overview: A law firm in Fort Lauderdale, FL is seeking a Mid-Level Medical Devices and Mechanical Engineering Patent Prosecution Agent with a strong academic background, robust law firm or industry experience, and excellent communication and writing skills. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience, along with a degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering. Other engineering disciplines, combined with significant patent experience in medical devices and/or mechanical products, will also be considered.
