Job Overview: The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing and handling litigation cases, including various tasks such as discovery, arbitration, mediation, motion practice, client coordination, and court appearances.

Duties:

  • Manage and handle litigation cases from start to finish.
  • Conduct discovery procedures, including document production, interrogatories, and depositions.
  • Represent clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs.
  • Coordinate with clients to gather necessary information and evidence.
  • Attend court hearings and trials to advocate for clients' interests.

Requirements:

  • Admission to the Maryland Bar.
  • Admission to the Virginia or D.C. Bar is preferred.
