The ideal candidate will have a background in representing the tribal gaming space and possess strong advocacy skills, both oral and written. They should be adept in case management, capable of drafting and arguing discovery motions, taking and defending depositions, and ready to take the lead in litigation matters. Job Details:Draft and argue discovery motions and other legal documents pertinent to litigation cases.Take and defend depositions as part of the litigation process.Possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills to effectively represent clients in court proceedings.Manage cases efficiently, demonstrating proficiency in case management techniques.Admitted to practice in at least one state. Requirements:3+ years of experience representing clients in the gaming industry (i.e., casino gaming, sports betting, iGaming, fantasy sports, etc.).Background in litigation in a mid-size to large law firm setting.Experience in gaming regulatory matters preferred, with a focus on the tribal gaming space being a significant advantage.
