The successful candidate will be involved in predominantly transactional work, collaborating closely with securities and finance lawyers, as well as engaging with investment bankers, financial advisors, and government officials nationwide. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis related to tax matters.Prepare and review tax-related documents, including agreements and opinions.Provide legal advice on tax implications for various transactions.Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive legal solutions.Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies.Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
