Duties

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice and strategic planning on employment law matters.
  • Assist in developing and implementing workplace policies and employee handbooks.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in employment law.
  • Expertise in employment litigation, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with high professional ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education
