Patent Attorney

Spokane office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a patent attorney with 7-10 years of experience in IP and patent prosecution work. The candidate will interact extensively with in-house attorneys, investors, and firm attorneys. Represent clients seeking to enforce patents as well as those defending against claims of patent infringement. Experience working across areas such as mechanical, electrical, and food technology is preferred. A portable book of business is required. Must have a license to practice law in Washington, Oregon, New York, or Washington D.C. (or the ability to waive into practice in one of the areas).

The candidate must have excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated interest in giving back to the communities is required.
