The candidate should preferably have experience with municipal civil defense, Proposition 218, Public Records Act, housing, and/or civil writs litigation. Must be admitted to practice in California.

The candidate must have strong academic credentials. Should preferably have excellent writing skills as well as significant experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and handling matters independently.
