The ideal candidate should bring a self-sustaining book of business totaling at least $1 million and be admitted to practice law in Florida. Duties:

• Business Development:

  • Develop and maintain a self-sustaining book of business in aviation law.
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand the firm's presence in the aviation legal sector.

• Legal Advisory:

  • Provide expert legal advice and representation in aviation-related matters.
  • Oversee complex aviation transactions, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.

• Client Management:

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-value clients in the aviation industry.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored legal solutions.

• Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with firm leadership to set strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.

• Practice Expansion:

  • Contribute to the growth and diversification of the aviation law practice area.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the aviation sector.

Requirements:

• Portable Business:

  • Must have a portable business in the practice area of aviation law.

• Book of Business:

  • Possess a self-sustaining book of business of at least $1 million.

• Bar Admission:

  • Must be admitted to practice law in Florida.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
