Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney in Rogers, AR.

Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting legal documents, assisting with discovery, developing case strategy, and communicating with senior partners and clients about litigation matters.

Duties:

• Perform legal research
• Draft legal documents, including motions and pleadings
• Assist with and take the lead on oral and written discovery
• Develop and implement case strategy
• Communicate directly with senior partners and clients about the status of litigation matters
• Negotiate settlements
• Make court appearances as necessary

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• License to practice law
• 3-7 years of experience litigating cases is ideal
