Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced trademark attorney to join its Trademark, Copyright, Privacy, and IP Transactions Practice Group in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in trademark law, including clearance, prosecution, maintenance, disputes, and enforcement actions. Experience with copyright and advertising matters is also valuable.

Duties

  • Conduct trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance.
  • Handle trademark disputes and enforcement actions.
  • Advise on copyright and advertising matters.
  • Collaborate with a close-knit legal team.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • 5-10 years of trademark law experience.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction.
