Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for supporting the firm's litigation practice by drafting and responding to written discovery, conducting medical records reviews, attending oral arguments and depositions, and assisting in trial preparation and trial. Strong organizational and written and verbal communication skills are essential. Pennsylvania Bar admission is required.

Duties:

  • Draft and respond to written discovery requests.
  • Conduct medical records reviews for litigation cases.
  • Attend oral arguments in court.
  • Attend depositions and assist in questioning witnesses.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including drafting motions and briefs.
  • Participate in trial proceedings as needed.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of litigation experience.
  • Pennsylvania Bar admission.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
