A law firm is currently seeking a Healthcare Attorney for a position based in Denver, CO.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to the law firm's clients in the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of quality healthcare experience, with a preference for expertise in healthcare compliance. Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal, though admission in other states may be considered.

Duties:

  • Offer legal advice and support on healthcare-related matters to clients.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis pertaining to healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to healthcare transactions.
  • Represent clients in healthcare-related disputes and negotiations.
  • Stay abreast of developments in healthcare laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare law.
  • Preferable experience in healthcare compliance.
  • Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona (admission in other states may be considered).

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Certification in healthcare law or compliance (preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
