Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Orlando is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and financing transactions, including mixed-use properties, offices, multi-family residences, retail assets, hotels, and resorts. They will conduct due diligence, review and draft various real estate documents, and have strong academic credentials with excellent writing and communication skills. This role involves direct interaction with partners and clients, requiring a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and an exceptional work ethic.

Duties:

• Handle real estate and financing transactions involving diverse properties.
• Conduct due diligence and review and draft real estate documents.
• Interact with partners and clients directly.
• Maintain a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.

Requirements:

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
• 1-3 years of real estate law experience.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with purchase and sale agreements, licenses, leases, loan agreements, easements, CC&Rs, and development agreements.
• Familiarity with property management agreements.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education & Certifications:

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.
• Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
