Litigation Attorney

Job Overview:
A prominent plaintiff-side personal injury law firm in Colorado is seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4–9 years of litigation experience and will be responsible for managing a caseload from the outset of litigation through trial. Location:

• Denver, CO

Duties:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 30 litigation cases

• Handle cases from initiation through trial

• Supervise and collaborate with an assigned full-time paralegal

• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs

• Conduct depositions and mediations

• Prepare and respond to written discovery

• Represent clients in court, including jury trials

• Maintain detailed case documentation and meet all procedural deadlines

Requirements:

• 4–9 years of experience in civil litigation (plaintiff’s personal injury preferred)

• Strong knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of Colorado

• Demonstrated courtroom and trial experience

• Ability to supervise and work closely with support staff

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license to practice law in the State of Colorado (required)
