Job Overview

A respected mid-sized law firm in Denver is seeking a highly capable and motivated Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join its team. This full-time position is ideal for an attorney with 3–5 years of litigation experience in personal injury law. The successful candidate will possess strong research and writing skills, be capable of managing a litigation caseload, and demonstrate a deep understanding of civil law and trial procedures.

Location

Duties

  • Represent clients in all phases of personal injury litigation, including trials and mediations

  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related documents

  • Conduct legal research and develop effective case strategies

  • Mediate and negotiate favorable settlements for clients

  • Manage multiple active cases while meeting all deadlines

  • Maintain organized and accurate case records

  • Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado (in good standing)

  • 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience

  • Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

  • Proven ability to handle a litigation caseload from intake through trial

  • Deep understanding of civil litigation procedures and case law
