A law firm in Deerfield Beach is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to handle a wide range of captivating commercial litigation cases. The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and have active membership in the Florida Bar.

Duties:

• Serve in a wide variety of commercial litigation cases, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and providing comprehensive legal analysis.
• Prepare and argue motions, attend court hearings, and visit clients as necessary.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective legal strategies, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and communication, adhering to firm policies and promoting efficient workflow.

Requirements:
