A law firm in Boston is currently seeking a Mid-level Chemical Science Patent Prosecution Patent Agent to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in preparing patent applications and responses to USPTO communications, demonstrating a high level of professional expertise and efficiency. This position requires excellent academic achievement, strong writing and communication skills, and a background in organic chemistry or chemical engineering.

Duties:

• Prepare draft patent applications and draft responses to communications from the USPTO.

Requirements:

• Admission to the USPTO is required.
• 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.

Education:
