Family Law Attorney

Kirkland office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a family law attorney with experience. The candidate will independently handle complex child custody disputes and divorces, including issues of domestic violence, substance abuse, and mental health. Will provide empathy and compassion for clients while also empowering them to take control of their own lives. Regularly represent clients in court, including motions, hearings, and trials. Regularly represent clients in mediations and arbitrations. Perform research, draft briefs, pleadings, and motions. Must have successful experience representing clients in trials, mediation, and arbitration. Progressive experience working as a family law attorney is required.

The candidate should have excellent time management and interpersonal skills. Persuasive writing and verbal communication skills are needed.
