Probate Attorney

A law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a Probate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a license issued from the State Bar of Texas.

Duties:

• Handle probate cases, including estate administration, probate litigation, and guardianship matters.
• Assist clients with drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Provide legal advice and representation to clients in probate court proceedings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on probate and estate planning issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and other parties involved in probate matters.
• Manage a caseload and ensure timely completion of tasks and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• License issued from the State Bar of Texas.
• Experience in probate law, including estate administration and probate litigation, preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of probate procedures and laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

License issued from the State Bar of Texas.
