Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, focusing on litigation.
  • Experience in bad faith litigation is preferred but not required.
  • Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • Familiarity with legal procedures and practices in Oklahoma's Eastern, Northern, and Western Federal District Courts.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

Education:
