Job Overview: A law firm in Atlanta, GA, seeks a Privacy And Cyber Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of significant litigation and case management experience. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day case activities, lead fact investigations, research legal issues, develop litigation strategies, draft pleadings, conduct and defend depositions, negotiate with opposing counsel, and work on a team while managing junior attorneys. Duties:
