Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Las Vegas is actively seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience. The ideal candidate will bring strong drafting and organizational skills, coupled with excellent academic credentials. Candidates must have Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Duties:

• Engage in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Draft and review legal documents related to corporate transactions.
• Interface with clients on corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research related to transactional issues.
• Participate in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactional experience.
• Require prior experience with an Am Law 100 law firm.

Education:

Hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Bar Admission:

State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
