Duties:

  • Assist senior attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice, and trial.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings as necessary.
  • Assist in case management and organization, including maintaining case files and calendars.
