Insurance Defense Attorney

Fayetteville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance defense attorney with 3-6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will manage the entire legal process from investigation to trial and negotiate settlements. Establish and maintain good relationships with claims representatives and insured clients. Skills should include taking depositions, writing motions, responding to discovery, and knowing case-handling procedures from start to finish. Should preferably have experience in general liability, product liability, personal injury, transportation, and other claims involving litigation defense. Must be in good standing with the State Bar of Arkansas.

The candidate should have exceptional oral and written communication skills, be confident working independently, and have the initiative in resolving cases. Must exhibit strong work ethics, meet deadlines, and achieve results for clients.
