The candidate will draft and prosecute patent applications. Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science-level degree is essential. USPTO Attorney registration is required. Capability in telecommunication and circuit technology is a must. Versatility in other technical areas, especially semiconductor processing, is a plus. Should preferably have drafted 50+ patent applications, including 10+ in the telecommunications field, and have experience responding to Office Actions.
