Job Duties:
• Represent clients in antitrust-related civil litigation proceedings.
• Conduct civil conduct investigations in collaboration with the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
• Handle criminal enforcement matters related to antitrust issues.
• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on antitrust law compliance.
• Research and analyze legal issues related to antitrust law.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

Requirements:
• 26 years of experience practicing law, focusing on antitrust matters.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Substantive knowledge and experience in antitrust law.
