New Brunswick Office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a workers' compensation attorney with 3 years of experience in NJ Worker's Compensation cases, representing either Petitioners or Respondent. The candidate will manage a full caseload of worker's compensation matters independently, including pleadings, discovery, remote and in-person court appearances, motion practice, trials, briefs, and appeals. Will travel to compensation courts. Must be licensed and in good standing in New Jersey.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate or equivalent. Possess a strong academic record of 3.0 and above preferred. Must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently. An elevated level of organization is required. The ability to maintain client confidentiality and protect PII is needed. Should show flexibility, adaptability, and empathy toward clients and colleagues. Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, as well as Case Management systems such as Smart Advocate and Document Management systems. Possess tenacity, drive, and compassion. The ability to travel as needed between our offices and Worker's Compensation courts is required. Ability to read, write and speak Spanish (Advanced) - preferred.
