Duties

• Prepare and prosecute trademark applications, including responses to Office Actions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate trademark agreements.
• Assist with trademark enforcement, including cease and desist letters and TTAB proceedings.
• Research and apply relevant statutes and case law to trademark efforts.

Requirements

• 2-7 years of post-law school experience.
• Member of the New York Bar.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and clients with pragmatism and diligence.
• Interest in trademark searches, applications, and TTAB proceedings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and timekeeping software.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• New York Bar membership.
