Duties

• Engage in federal court litigation on trademark, copyright, and related issues.
• Draft pleadings and motions, and argue them in court.
• Prepare expert reports and assist with discovery processes.
• Participate in settlement strategies, including mediation.
• Conduct UDRP and TTAB proceedings.
• Advise clients on copyright, trademark, and privacy issues.
• Enforce trademarks domestically and globally.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of litigation experience required.
• Strong academic credentials required.
• Must be licensed to practice law in New York and in good standing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
