Litigation Attorney

Toms River office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation attorney with 4+ years of experience. The candidate will be representing clients in court or before government agencies. Preparing and drafting legal documents on behalf of clients. Advising clients on finance management, business, and legal transactions, social security issues, and Medicare and Medicaid laws. Representing clients in court or before government agencies. Negotiating settlements for legal disputes. Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. Must have previous experience with Real Estate transactions Commercial and Residential, Wills, Probate, Guardianship, Estate Planning, and Trusts. Admission to NJ Bar is required.

The candidate must have the ability to build rapport with clients, seek new business or provide a book of business. Must have attended at least five (5) Civil Trials. Must comply with all legal standards and regulations. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must have knowledge of Office 365 & Windows 10. Must be remaining Passionate and Knowledgeable. Must be exemplifying Trustworthy Judgment and Analytical Skills. Must have demonstrated Compassion.
