Job Overview:

The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing a docket of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle collisions and premise liability matters. They will oversee staff and handle all aspects of litigation, from filing petitions to attending court hearings, mediations, and trials.

Duties:

• Filing petitions and other legal documents
• Engaging in discovery processes
• Handling depositions
• Attending court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Managing a dedicated staff
• Overseeing a docket of personal injury cases

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
• Litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas
