The candidate will serve the needs of the clients and assist in the practice of law throughout the country. Collaborate with clients to develop strategies designed to meet specific business goals. Analyze the competitive and regulatory landscape within client-specific industries. Develop client relationships. Advise on governance and other general principles. Interact directly with business people, professionals, and other stakeholders. Must currently be licensed, or currently eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska.

The candidate must have excellent academic and professional credentials. Should have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form. Must have the ability to examine and analyze cases and documents for inherent legal risks.
