The role involves regulatory counseling for consumer and small business financial products, supporting enforcement and litigation, and offering financial regulatory perspectives in transactional matters.

Job Duties:

• Focus on regulatory counseling for consumer and small business financial products, including credit types, deposits, payments, and alternative lending arrangements.
• Provide support to enforcement and litigation teams from a financial regulatory perspective.
• Offer expertise in federal and state laws governing financial products and services.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and counsel on financial regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in regulatory practice within the financial industry.
• Deep knowledge of federal and state laws governing financial products and services.
• Strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
