Job Overview:

The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will handle various aspects of commercial litigation cases, from drafting complex motions to participating in jury and bench trials. Duties:

  • Drafting and arguing complex motions in commercial litigation cases.

Requirements:

  • Admission to and good standing with the Texas Bar.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
