Duties:

Requirements:

  • Ability to participate in all aspects of the firm's professional activities
  • Prior transactional experience in real estate, business law, commercial transactions, and/or community association matters
  • Record case time and expenses contemporaneously
  • Punctuality and adherence to office hours
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines efficiently
  • Excellent research skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and file management software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
  • Professional demeanor and presentation, in person and virtually
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • High ethical standards and confidentiality of client matters

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
