Woodbridge office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks redevelopment/real estate attorney with 5-10 years of experience with transactional real estate and relevant statutes. The candidate will work with a leading law firm with highly ranked lawyers on large-scale real estate projects: structuring, drafting and negotiating redevelopment, tax exemption, and incentive agreements, employing redevelopment and other statutes, reviewing and drafting municipal enactments, and resolving challenges presented during project implementation. Experience with real property taxation, condemnation, and public financing is preferred. NJ Bar in good standing required.
The candidate should have outstanding academic credentials and excellent written and oral communication skills.
The legal practice has law offices located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. The firm started over ninety years ago. More than one-hundred skilled attorneys are on staff.
