A law firm in San Francisco is seeking a Mid-level Chemical Science Patent Prosecution Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality legal services to clients, with a focus on preparing patent applications and responses to USPTO communications. • Prepare draft patent applications and responses to communications from the USPTO.

Requirements:

• JD and admission to the USPTO are mandatory.
• 3+ years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience.
• Degree in organic chemistry or chemical engineering.
• Advanced degrees in relevant fields are preferred.
