Duties:

• Support patent prosecution and litigation activities in the fields of electrical engineering and software
• Analyze technical materials, prepare expert reports, and assist with legal strategies
• Collaborate with attorneys and engineers to offer technical insights into patent disputes
• Draft and review patent applications related to electrical and software engineering technologies
• Stay current on developments in wireless communication technologies, including 5G and 6G
• Communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders
• Assist in the preparation for litigation, including providing technical analysis for briefs and motions

Requirements:

• B.S. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Strong background in wireless communication technologies, including 5G, 6G, and 3GPP standards
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent academic performance and a proven ability to handle complex technical information
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
