Location:

Duties:

  • Manage and prioritize a large portfolio of foreclosure litigation cases

  • Draft and review pleadings and legal documents to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws

  • Attend court hearings, status conferences, and related legal proceedings

  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal legal teams

  • Develop creative legal strategies to resolve disputes and mitigate client risks

  • Maintain detailed records of case activities and client interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of foreclosure litigation experience

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume caseloads independently

  • Familiarity with mortgage banking, bankruptcy, and title-related issues preferred

  • Strong client service and communication skills

  • Commitment to producing high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active member in good standing with the New York State Bar
