Duties

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis.
• Draft legal memoranda, briefs, and internal opinions.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and participate in meetings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Support all phases of litigation from discovery to trial.
• Manage case timelines, deadlines, and court filings.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Attend CLEs and legal seminars for professional development.
• Engage in team meetings and contribute to firm initiatives.
• Participate in networking and community engagement activities.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of experience in personal injury law or related practice.
• Solid understanding of legal procedures and court rules.

Education

• JD from an accredited law school required.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice in the relevant state(s); additional admissions are a plus.
