Job Overview:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in securities litigation matters.
  • Assist in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to securities laws and regulations.
  • Participate in case strategy development and client communication.

Duties:

  • Represent clients in federal and state courts and before regulatory agencies.
  • Manage case files and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as required.
  • Conduct factual investigations and gather evidence.
  • Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of experience in securities litigation.
  • Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
