Foreclosure Litigation Partner

A law firm in Indianapolis, IN, is currently seeking a qualified Foreclosure Litigation Partner to oversee and manage the foreclosure caseload, lead a team of legal assistants, and handle administrative, financial, and legal responsibilities related to Indiana files.

Duties:

• Handle a foreclosure caseload, providing legal expertise and strategic guidance.
• Manage and lead a team of legal assistants, overseeing their work product and ensuring efficiency.
• Take charge of all administrative, financial, and legal responsibilities directly related to Indiana files.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and legal staff.

Requirements:

• Indiana Bar Admission is mandatory.
• 5+ years of contested foreclosure experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Strong understanding of foreclosure laws and procedures.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
