Duties:

• Represent clients in various family law matters, including divorce, child custody, child support, alimony, and domestic violence cases.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to family law issues.
• Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, pleadings, and agreements.
• Advocate for clients' interests in court proceedings and negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide legal advice and updates on their cases.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Carolina Bar and in good standing.
