Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies and tactics to support clients’ legal objectives.
• Research legal documents and laws to prepare for trials and depositions.
• Counsel clients on legal matters, providing clear and concise advice.
• Represent clients in court or before government agencies, effectively advocating.
• Provide advice to clients on legal matters, ensuring their interests are protected.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law and be in good standing with the State Bar.
• Extensive knowledge of civil and criminal law and court procedures.
• Proven experience in litigation with a strong track record of successful case outcomes.
