Duties

  • Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings.
  • Draft and argue motions and other briefs.
  • Take and defend depositions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of employment litigation experience.
  • Experience with Cal/OSHA, Federal OSHA, or other state OSHA plans.
  • Admitted to practice in California.

Education

  • Possess excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

  • California Bar admission.
