Palo Alto office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks senior associate attorney/commercial and corporate litigator with 3-10 years of experience. The candidate will serve in oral advocacy, as well as drafting and reviewing pleadings, communicating with counsel and courts, and performing high-level legal research and analysis. Experience with providing sensible, strategic advice leading to cost-effective outcomes is also a must. Should have significant oral argument experience. Must be experienced with business and corporate issues, and be admitted to practice in New York.

The candidate must have superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and the ability to strategize, manage and lead cases. Should have strong leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
