Litigation Attorney

A law firm in Irvine, CA, is seeking an accomplished Litigation Attorney to join their team as a lateral candidate with a book of $1M+. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned attorney to contribute significantly to the firm's success. Duties:

• Manage and lead litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Develop and maintain a substantial book of business, with a minimum of $1M+.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategy.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
• Provide legal advice and counseling to clients.

Requirements:

• Lateral candidate with a proven book of business exceeding $1M.
• Substantial experience in litigation, with a track record of successful case outcomes.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
