The candidate will manage and remain in overall control of the management of the firm (and each office) within it on an operational basis. Will be generating revenue through client management. Establishing organizational strategies of the firm through strategic thinking and direction. Establishing financial strategies. Increasing revenue through new and additional services and developing cost-benefit analysis. Maintain the stability of the law firm. Preventing and managing conflict. Enhancing the firms reputation by setting an example regarding ethics, morals, legal, and professionalism and reaffirming this throughout the organization. Must have admittance to a State Bar. Extensive work experience in a legal environment is required. Outstanding knowledge of the firms specialism and industry as a whole is needed. Working knowledge of litigation management software systems is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs is needed.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. Outstanding management ability is required. Strategic thinking for the long term is needed. The ability to communicate exceptionally is required. Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently is required. Problem-solving and decision making is needed. Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines is needed. Able to manage and delegate meaningful work to Associates is required. Must have a high level of ability with regard to client and customer care and management.
