Duties

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in immigration law, especially EOIR and family-based immigration.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Strong litigation, legal writing, and research skills.
  • Tech-savvy with MS 365, PDFs, and case management tools.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines.
  • Compassionate advocate for immigrants and trauma survivors.
  • Willing to commute to the Escondido office.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Bar admission in any U.S. state.

Skills

  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong legal writing and research abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS 365 and case management tools.
